At SERPROQUIM FOOD, we have made available to our customers the new reader that has launched CHR HANSEN for the determination of lactose content in dairy products: Lactosens®.

With this reader, our customers will be able to verify effectively and quickly, since the process does not take more than 5 minutes, whether their products have lactose levels lower than the legally permitted (0.01%).

Thanks to this speed in obtaining results, our customers can streamlines the process of lactose elimination, being able to adjust both the process time and the lactase dosage at a competitive price. The use of LactoSens in semi-solid samples.
