SERPROQUIM FOOD has devised a new line of ingredients, among which frozen fish and canned fish stand out, since we have agreements at source with producers of these raw materials. Thus, we offer and seek solutions to your needs, always adhering to the highest levels of quality.

  • AROMA FLAVOUR ENHANCER WITHOUT NUMBER E (GLUTAMATE FLAVOUR): natural flavour that is designed as a flavour enhancer, so it can replace monosodium glutamate and achieve clean labelling.
  • DYE PREPARATION FOR SKEWERS: designed to remove tartrazine and therefore E numbers and statements about the possible effect on children. It is a mezcal of natural dyes, which gives a yellow-orange coloration, and matches the typical colour of the yellow spike.
  • DEHYDRATED HONEY: flavoured honey powder, especially suitable for meat marinades, nuts and products that require a natural flavour.
  • MEAT FLAVOUR SUPPORT SPQ: meat aroma with a highly suitable profile for meat preparations, if you want a quality meat aroma ask us and we will advise you.
  • SALT REDUCERS: we offer several aromas, with which you can reduce the sodium content in your products and can even reach levels to attain the status of low or reduced content.
  • MIXTURES OF GUMS and HYDROCOLLOIDS: the Serproquim R&D team is continuously evaluating our reception of raw materials; though this we are able to verify that the gel strength and viscosity is adequate for the destination to which these raw materials go. We also make mixtures of gums or other hydrocolloids to achieve the characteristics demanded by our customers.
  • COLORVEG: vegan preparation with meat profile, which brings colour and tastiness to your flexitarian, vegan or meat products. These do not contain E-numbers.
  • INUPAR SPQ: preparation based on vegetable fibres and aroma, with which you will be able to reduce the sugar in your sauces while increasing the fibre content.
