At SERPROQUIM FOOD, we are highly committed both to the quality of our products and to protecting the environment. For this reason, we maintain a close-knit relationship with our suppliers and thus can guarantee that our products always meet the established standards.
Furthermore, one of our standout features is that we have always selected the highest quality of the products we market, thereby backing natural elements.
Our goal is to continue improving every day to be acknowledged for the quality of our services, making them compatible with sustainable development.
To this end, all SERPROQUIM FOOD activities are aimed at preventing pollution, such as emissions from our distribution activity or the generation of waste in storage, and meeting the needs of our customers and workers.
The Management assumes as an obligation of its responsibilities the compliance with current legislation and any other requirement adhered to by the organisation, as well as the commitment to act as a boost for all our staff to participate in the achievement of these goals.
For this reason, in mid-2016 we completed the installation of the plant and its equipment, with a view to certifying ourselves with the IFS Food. This certification was obtained at the beginning of September 2017 obtaining a high qualification (please refer to certificates in the quality section).
Alongside the blends that we are making for different sectors, we are at your full disposal to create the blends that you request and/or want us to develop as well as the supply of the different raw materials that we distribute in the type of packaging that the customer needs.
IFS Food is a food safety standard recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) to audit companies that manufacture food or companies that package food products in bulk. It focuses on the food safety and quality of products.
The application since January 1, 2006 of the current Community legislation on food hygiene (EC Regulation No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 29, 2004) establishes the importance for food handlers to have the appropriate training for their job.
Food hygiene training is recognised as one of the basic pillars within the food company to ensure the proper application of the appropriate requirements in each phase or process and thus achieve the safe production of food.
It is the responsibility of food businesses to ensure that their staff are suitably trained to perform their jobs.
The widespread growth of SERPROQUIM FOOD over all these years is mainly due to the advice provided to our customers, both in the production and in the development of new products.
SERPROQUIM FOOD has in place the help of analysis tools and their corresponding technicians so that, with the results obtained, we can advise our customers in the best possible manner, grounded on real parameters rather than intuitions.
